Server cabinets exhibit excellent technical performance. Their structural design must incorporate appropriate physical and chemical engineering considerations, tailored to the electrical and mechanical characteristics of the equipment as well as the requirements of the operating environment, thereby ensuring robust rigidity and strength, along with superior electromagnetic shielding, grounding, noise isolation, and ventilation and heat dissipation capabilities. Furthermore, server cabinets should possess resistance to vibration, impact, corrosion, dust, water, and radiation, thus guaranteeing stable and reliable operation of the installed equipment. They should also feature user-friendly ergonomics and comprehensive safety safeguards, facilitating easy handling, installation, and maintenance while ensuring operator safety.

Server cabinets have specific requirements regarding depth, height, and load capacity. Heights are available in 2.0 m, 1.8 m, and 1.6 m; widths come in 800 mm, 700 mm, or 600 mm; and depths are offered in 700 mm, 800 mm, and 900 mm.

Configurable options include: dedicated fixed trays, dedicated sliding trays, power supply brackets, casters, floor anchors, cable management rings, cable management racks, L‑shaped brackets, and extension crossbeams. The main frame, front and rear doors, and left and right side doors can be quickly assembled and disassembled.

Fixed trays: Used for mounting various types of equipment, they come in a wide range of sizes and applications, including 19-inch standard trays and non-standard fixed trays. Standard fixed trays are available in depths of 440 mm, 480 mm, 580 mm, and 620 mm. The load capacity of fixed trays is no less than 50 kg.

Slide-out tray: Designed for mounting keyboards and various other devices, it can be easily pulled out and pushed back in; the 19-inch standard slide-out tray is compatible with any 19-inch standard rack. Standard configurations offer two depth options: 400 mm and 480 mm. The slide-out tray has a load capacity of at least 20 kg.

Power Distribution Unit: Optional power outlets compatible with standard power plugs, designed for use with a 19-inch mounting rack, offering flexible installation options. Specifications: 6 outlets. Parameters: ~220V, 10A.

Cable management rack: 19-inch standard cable management rack. Compatible with any TOPER series cabinet. The 12-hole cable management rack delivers optimal performance when used with 12-port, 24-port, or 48-port patch panels.

Cable management ring: A cable management device specifically designed for use with TOPER1800-series and TOPERServer-series cabinets. It is extremely easy to install and remove, and the number and placement of units can be adjusted as needed.

L‑bracket: The L‑bracket can be used in conjunction with a cabinet to mount 19‑inch standard equipment, particularly heavier units such as rack‑mount servers.

Blind panels: Blind panels are used to cover empty spaces in 19-inch standard racks, among other applications, and are available in various sizes such as 1U, 2U, and more. The standard options are 1U and 2U.

Expansion beam: A device specifically designed for use in TOPER1800‑series and TOPERServer‑series cabinets, intended to increase the available mounting space within the cabinet. It is extremely easy to install and remove, and can also be used in conjunction with cable management racks and power distribution units. Available in a variety of flexible configurations.

Mounting nuts (square nuts): Compatible with all TOPER series cabinets, used for installing all equipment inside the cabinet, including most of the cabinet’s accessories.
