Functional Expansion of Cold-aisle Cabinets: The cold-aisle system can be equipped with additional sensors for temperature, humidity, smoke, infrared, and other parameters, enabling real-time monitoring of the internal environmental conditions. Furthermore, to enhance system security, the sliding doors on both sides can be fitted with fingerprint locks, password locks, or other access control options upon request.
The top-mounted skylight is available in three configurations: fixed, operable, and functional. When the operable skylight is open, the clear height of the cold aisle remains at 2 meters or greater, ensuring no disruption to routine maintenance activities.

■ The cold aisle adopts a modular design, with each module capable of independent installation and seamless connection to adjacent units, offering high interchangeability and flexible assembly. The frame is horizontally connected to the cabinet’s horizontal support brackets, which not only reinforce the aisle structure but also facilitate easy expansion.

■ A pair of automatic sliding doors is installed at the head of the row, and a set of push‑pull doors is installed at the tail, providing excellent sealing and effectively preventing hot air from entering the equipment.
■ The movable doors of the cold aisle are designed to remain normally closed and are equipped with automatic door-closing devices. These devices are concealed. Each door is fitted with a cushioned sealing mechanism, providing enhanced protection. Bi-directional push‑pull handles ensure smooth operation, while the door’s fit with the rack is tightly sealed, with gaps less than 3 mm.

■ The cold aisle’s pre‑configured ports are fully integrated with the data center’s fire‑protection system, enabling automatic opening of the movable ceiling panels in response to fire‑alarm signals (digital input signals) and ensuring compliance with fire‑safety requirements within the aisle.
■ All components of the cold aisle are manufactured from materials with excellent wear and corrosion resistance, undergo precision machining, and are formed via integral stamping, ensuring highly reliable electrical contact. The unit’s opening‑and‑closing durability test must exceed 5,000 cycles, guaranteeing secure, long‑lasting performance without any looseness and maintaining airtight airflow sealing.
■ The front end of the cold aisle is equipped with an integrated control panel and a skylight, mounted at the top of the cabinet’s front panel via side panels, ensuring a seamless seal to maintain the organized airflow within the sealed cold aisle. Additionally, sensors for smoke detection, temperature, and humidity are strategically positioned to monitor conditions inside the aisle.

■ Each cold aisle is equipped with independent environmental monitoring, providing real-time measurement of temperature and humidity within the aisle. An observable 7-inch LCD touch screen is installed on the exterior of the aisle, enabling continuous monitoring of in‑aisle temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. (This feature is optional; it is not included as standard.)
