The server cabinet has good technical performance. The structure of the cabinet should be designed physically and chemically according to the electrical and mechanical performance of the equipment and the requirements of the operating environment, to ensure that the cabinet structure has good stiffness and strength, as well as good electromagnetic isolation, grounding, noise isolation, ventilation, and heat dissipation performance. In addition, the server cabinet should have resistance to vibration, impact, corrosion, dust, water, and radiation, to ensure that the equipment operates stably and reliably. The server cabinet should have good usability and safety protection facilities, making it easy to operate, install, and maintain, while ensuring the safety of the operator.

The server cabinet has requirements regarding depth, height, and load-bearing capacity. There are three heights: 2.0 meters, 1.8 meters, and 1.6 meters; widths of 800mm, 700mm, or 600mm; and depths of 700mm, 800mm, and 900mm.

Can be equipped with: dedicated fixed trays, dedicated sliding trays, power brackets, casters, leveling feet, cable management rings, cable management racks, L brackets, expansion beams, etc. The main frame, front and rear doors, and left and right side doors can be quickly disassembled.

Fixed tray: used for installing various devices, available in various sizes and widely used, including 19" standard trays and non-standard fixed trays. The depth of the commonly configured fixed trays is available in specifications of 440mm, 480mm, 580mm, 620mm, etc. The load-bearing capacity of the fixed tray is not less than 50KG.

Sliding tray: used for installing keyboards and other devices, can be easily pulled out and pushed back; the 19" standard sliding tray is suitable for any 19" standard cabinet. The commonly configured sliding trays are available in depths of 400mm and 480mm. The load-bearing capacity of the sliding tray is not less than 20KG.

Power distribution unit: optional power sockets, suitable for any standard power plug, flexible and diverse installation methods with 19" mounting brackets. Specifications: 6 sockets. Parameters: ~220V, 10Amp.

Cable management rack: 19" standard cable management rack. Can be used with any TOPER series cabinet. The 12-hole cable management rack works best with 12-port, 24-port, and 48-port patch panels.

Cable management ring: a cable management device specifically for use with TOPER1800 series and TOPERServer series cabinets, very convenient for installation and disassembly, with the quantity and position adjustable as needed.

L bracket: The L bracket can be used with the cabinet for installing 19" standard equipment within the cabinet, especially for heavier 19" standard equipment, such as rack-mounted servers, etc.

Blank panel: The blank panel is used to cover empty spaces in a 19" standard cabinet, available in various specifications such as 1U, 2U, etc. The common blank panels are 1U and 2U.

Expansion beam: a device specifically for use with TOPER1800 series and TOPERServer series cabinets, used to expand the installation space within the cabinet. Installation and disassembly are very convenient. It can also be used in conjunction with cable management racks and power distribution units. The form is flexible and diverse.

Installation nut (square nut): suitable for any TOPER series cabinet, used for the installation of all equipment within the cabinet, including the installation of most cabinet accessories.
